Senior Real Estate Finance Lawyer sought to join a leading UK Top 50 law firm in Bristol. You will advise banks, lenders and high net worth individuals on complex finance matters and help broaden the team’s client base. The role combines technical excellence with leadership to develop junior lawyers and support strategic growth. You will engage in high-profile transactions and contribute to the firm’s ambitious, collaborative culture. Responsibilities

• Manage and develop strong client relationships
• Advise on commercial, mixed use and residential buy-to-let finance transactions
• Work with lenders using lender indemnity insurance on volume basis
• Design and improve processes for new and existing clients
• Lead, supervise and mentor junior lawyers
• Support strategic direction and growth of the team
• Attend networking events, conferences and business development initiatives
• Lead on complex real estate finance transactions
