Overview
In this role you will help clients achieve successful project outcomes by delivering tailored supply chain strategies and providing market insight to senior stakeholders. You will translate complex data into actionable solutions, support procurement and delivery plans, and develop interactive dashboards to guide decision-making. You’ll mentor junior team members and contribute to business development, joining a firm focused on collaboration, ESG, and sustainable infrastructure. Responsibilities
- Lead appetite and capability assessments and supplier engagement
- Conduct detailed supply chain analysis and translate findings into strategies
- Manage market engagement mechanisms (surveys, supplier consultations, workshops)
- Support procurement strategy development aligned with client objectives
- Develop interactive dashboards and tools (Excel, Power BI) for actionable insights
- Mentor and provide feedback to junior team members
- Contribute to business development and materials creation
Key requirements
- Degree qualified
- Experience analysing supplier markets, risks and opportunities in the built environment
- Confident communicator with client and supplier relationship skills
- Experience with data tools such as Power BI and Excel for dashboards and insights
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Interest in broader industry issues, construction markets and supply chain innovation
