Overview

In this Executive Director role, you lead the Diversified Industries coverage in EMEA, focusing on mid-market capital goods. You shape strategic client discussions and oversee execution of complex M&A and capital markets transactions, guiding deal teams and junior bankers. You will originate opportunities, deepen senior client relationships, and collaborate across product teams to deliver integrated advisory and financing solutions. Your leadership drives high-impact transactions while mentoring talent and upholding the firm’s standards. Responsibilities

• Oversee development of strategic client materials for M&A and capital markets discussions
• Act as main point of contact with senior team and client management to lead execution and advise on strategic options
• Originate and network with mid-market capital goods clients across EMEA, identifying new opportunities
• Direct and review valuation analyses (DCF, comps, transaction comps, LBOs) and provide guidance
• Supervise and evaluate financial analyses in M&A contexts and strategic pitches
• Mentor and develop junior analysts and associates, driving deal team performance
