Senior SEO Executive

Overview

In this role, you will support the SEO Site Manager to optimise organic performance across Frasers Group websites. You’ll collaborate with the digital marketing team to drive traffic, rankings and on-site engagement through technical and content SEO. You’ll use leading tools to identify issues, conduct audits, and guide content and link strategies. This is a chance to influence search visibility for a major retail ecosystem and work in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment.

Responsibilities

• Make and implement recommendations to improve SEO performance and rankings
• Suggest changes to website architecture, content, and internal linking to boost target keywords
• Collaborate with content writers to optimise copy on category/landing pages and create FAQ/buying guides
• Use Botify and ScreamingFrog to identify issues affecting SERP
• Conduct technical SEO audits and rectify issues
• Utilise PI-datametrics and SEMRush for insights and opportunities
• Assist with link-building strategies and backlink audits

Key requirements

• Hands-on SEO experience (in-house or agency)
• Experience with keyword research and strategy, optimization, and analysis
• Ability to report on key performance metrics to managers
• Ability to meet tight deadlines and manage high-priority requests
• Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
• Self-management across multiple projects
