You’ll collaborate with stakeholders to translate needs into effective solutions, exploring new tools to enhance learning outcomes. Responsibilities
- Design and develop engaging eLearning and digital resources for colleagues across OCS
- Collaborate with line manager to brainstorm and deliver creative learning solutions
- Assess learning requests to identify the best solution and potential alternatives to eLearning
- Create and edit video-based content using tools like Synthesia
- Produce guides, manuals, presentations, forms and job aids
- Translate complex information into clear, practical learning
- Ensure accessibility and usability across learning materials
- Explore new tools and technologies (including AI) to enhance design and delivery
- Review and update existing content to maintain accuracy and relevance
Key requirements
- Experience in Learning & Development or related people-focused area
- Experience creating learning, training or digital resources with demonstrable examples
- Genuine interest in digital learning and learning design
- Creative thinking and ability to contribute ideas
- Strong written communication and attention to detail
- Comfort with digital technology and learning new systems/tools
- Experience using Microsoft 365 applications
- Good organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
