Housing Disrepair Fee Earner – Remote, Fast-Track Growth

QED Legal LLP is seeking a Housing Disrepair Fee Earner, Solicitor, Paralegal or Legal Assistant to join its Bolton-based team. The role offers mostly remote work with one day per week in the Bolton office and a salary of £30,000 – £50,000 DOE.

You will manage own caseload from instruction to settlement or trial, draft letters of claim and documents, gather evidence from surveyors and experts, and negotiate settlements to secure the best outcomes for clients.
