Building Surveying Manager – Housing Projects & Assets

Sellick Partnership is recruiting a Building Surveying Manager for a major local authority in Ipswich. The role leads a team of surveyors and technical staff to deliver high-value capital works, planned maintenance, and housing improvement programmes across a large residential portfolio.

You will manage procurement, contract administration, and compliance with CDM, health and safety, and Building Regulations, while reporting to senior leadership.
