Responsibilities
- Advise on a broad range of commercial property development matters for developers, landowners and investors
- Manage development transactions from inception through to completion
- Draft and negotiate development documentation
- Advise on Promotion and Option Agreements
- Negotiate Section 106 Agreements
Key requirements
- 1-3 years PQE with strong commercial property and development experience
