Head of Operations – Aerospace Manufacturing

Mirus Aircraft Seating in the United Kingdom is seeking an Operations Manager to take overall ownership of the manufacturing facility in Hingham, Norfolk. You will lead Production, Warehouse and Manufacturing Engineering to deliver safety, quality and performance targets.

You will shape the operational organisation, implement lean methods, drive continuous improvement, and scale the business toward high-volume aircraft interiors manufacture.
