Overview

As a Management Consultant in Accenture’s National Security practice, you will help transform workforce and people capabilities for government clients. You collaborate with senior stakeholders to shape and deliver people-centered solutions, leveraging data, design thinking, and modern tech. You’ll work across strategy to delivery, driving value for citizens and helping clients scale impact. This role combines consulting rigor with cutting-edge public sector work in a collaborative, innovative environment.

Responsibilities

  • Transform the Workforce for National Security clients
  • Develop and grow people consulting capabilities within the National Security practice
  • Be the client-facing representative, advising and coaching senior stakeholders
  • Build deep understanding of client challenges and drive issue-based discussions
  • Cultivate trust-based client relationships and deliver value-driven, data-backed outcomes
  • Apply human-centered, collaborative approaches to frame opportunities and enable innovation
  • Own streams of complex work aligned with client expectations
  • Engage in continuous improvement and leadership development initiatives

Key requirements

  • Experience with National Security clients
