Responsibilities

  • Lead C&I projects through full lifecycle from concept to commissioning, managing teams, timelines, and budgets
  • Design novel process control and safety systems for safety-critical environments
  • Drive innovation by maturing new concepts into accepted solutions
  • Oversee and produce electrical reports, specifications, and design drawings (SLDs, P&IDs, BCDs, schematics)
  • Manage client relationships to define requirements, scope, risks, and progress reporting
  • Mentor and develop junior electrical and C&I engineers

Key requirements

  • MEng in Electrical & Electronic Engineering (or equivalent)
  • Strong practical knowledge of process control systems and EC&I documentation
  • Experience leading safety-critical solutions aligned with IEC 61508, IEC 61511, ISO 13849, DO-178, or DO-254
  • Experience working under ISO 9001 quality standards and strong communication skills
  • Proven track record in technical project leadership and mentoring
