Overview
As an HR Systems Change Manager, you will lead the global HRIS upgrade and related functionality improvements, shaping how the HR system supports the organisation. You’ll drive clear, engaging communications to secure buy-in and guide cross-functional teams through transformation. The role blends project leadership with stakeholder engagement to deliver timely HRIS enhancements that boost employee experience. This is a London-based, hybrid role with a meaningful impact on a global education-focused Not For Profit organisation.

Responsibilities
- Lead the HRIS upgrade and functionality improvements within the HR team
- Communicate the HRIS transformation plan clearly to secure buy-in across the organisation
- Drive adoption of new systems and processes to foster innovation
- Educate staff on benefits of HR system enhancements
- Ensure project delivery aligns with timelines and milestones
- Partner with global stakeholders to maintain engaging communications
- Manage risks and ensure smooth integration of HRIS changes
- Utilise HR metrics and processes to enhance employee engagement
- Coordinate cross-functional collaboration in a global, matrix organisation
