TikTok LIVE – AI Data Operation Specialist – Spanish&Italian Speaking

Overview

In this role you will uphold content quality on the TikTok Live platform by leading AI-driven data operations for moderation. You will train and refine models using labeled data, analyze moderation results, and partner with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and improve processes. You’ll shape quality benchmarks across BPO teams, manage labeling workflows, and drive continuous improvement in how humans and AI collaborate. This position offers meaningful impact in scaling safe, engaging live content at a global scale.

Responsibilities

• Establish and monitor content quality benchmarks across BPO teams; onboard and train new BPO teams; manage policy clarifications, calibrations, and arbitration
• Analyze BPO performance to identify knowledge gaps and systemic issues
• Handle content labeling for specific queues; analyze labeled content to identify trends and provide actionable insights
• Lead quality evaluation initiatives and deliver analytical insights to project teams
• Train models with large labeled datasets to improve decision accuracy; assist data preparation and structuring for training
• Improve model accuracy through testing, fine-tuning, and iterative training; draft and quality-check content for LLM training
• Analyze moderation and labeling data to derive trends and support impact analysis and solution planning
• Custodian of quality artifacts for content moderation; create solutions using technology to improve outputs

Key requirements

• Bachelor in Business, Data Science, Computer Science, Information Technology, Communications, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in AI data operation, AI/ML for content quality management, product operations, or related analytics
• Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools such as Excel, Tableau, Power BI, or similar
• Basic understanding of machine learning concepts and Large Language Models (LLMs)
• Strong ability to analyze complex datasets, identify patterns, and generate actionable insights
• Fluency in written and spoken English; proficiency in Spanish and Italian preferred
