Project Manager

Overview

In this role, you will manage the project lifecycle to ensure objectives are met on time, within budget, and to quality standards. You will lead cross-functional teams, coordinate resources, and maintain stakeholder communication to keep projects on track from initiation to closing. The position supports offshore surveying and related engineering services, contributing to safe, compliant delivery of high-value projects. You will drive collaboration, adapt methodologies, and help customers receive quality solutions that meet requirements. This role offers global travel and operates within a performance-driven, safety-conscious culture.

Responsibilities

• Set up, monitor, and control project budgets and forecasts
• Plan, schedule, and staff project phases with detailed WBS
• Lead day-to-day project operations and on-site supervision
• Liaise with project teams to identify issues and implement timely solutions
• Review quality plans, technical procedures and project documents
• Coordinate with Operations, Sales/Commercials, and Technical Support on bids, proposals and client meetings
• Oversee procurement-related activities and supplier invoices
• Prepare and present project reports, forecasts, and variance explanations
• Ensure compliance with HSE and Quality Management Systems
• Travel domestically and internationally as required
• Support client design concepts, specifications, and presentations
• Assist in Bid submissions and scope definition with Commercial team
• Maintain training requirements and ensure proper staffing and resource allocation

Key requirements

• Ten (10) years experience in Survey & Positioning practice
• Minimum Five (5) years Project Management experience and/or Project Controller / Assistant PM
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, Project, PPTX, Visio)
• Ability to learn ERP, AutoCAD, SolidWorks, PLM and CRM software
• Valid passport and ability to obtain VISAs for international travel
