Project Manager

Overview

In this role you will manage end-to-end digital and web projects for diverse clients, ensuring delivery on time, budget, and quality. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to keep projects on track and aligned with client goals and internal standards. You will lead project planning, risk assessment, regular updates, and post-project reviews to drive continuous improvement. This opportunity sits in a fast-paced agency environment where you shape outcomes and stakeholder experience, leveraging your PM expertise to support client success in a dynamic setting.

Responsibilities

• Managing multiple web and digital projects from planning through to delivery
• Developing detailed project plans with timelines, budgets, and risk assessments
• Ensuring outputs meet client goals and internal standards
• Leading regular project meetings and client updates
• Proactively resolving issues and mitigating risks
• Coordinating with designers, developers, marketers, and other stakeholders
• Producing post-project reviews and performance analysis

Key requirements

• 3+ years of experience managing digital/web projects, ideally in an agency
• Strong grasp of project management methodologies (Prince2, Scrum)
• Familiarity with Jira and Dynamics 365 Project Operations
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
• Commercially focused with a proactive mindset
• Bonus: experience with public sector clients or in an Agile environment
