Overview

In this fixed-term role, you will identify relocation options for our Service Centre and Office, then lead the project through to completion. Based in Camberley with some home-based flexibility, you will drive the move, commissioning, and handover of machinery and facilities. You will report to the Service Division Manager and manage cross-functional stakeholders to ensure on-time delivery, within budget, and with regulatory compliance. You will shape the project from proposal to close-out, balancing safety, quality, and continuity of service. This is a hands-on opportunity to impact how we scale and maintain critical service operations.

Responsibilities

  • Define and assemble a project proposal and schedule (chronogram)
  • Deliver against the agreed programme and approved budget
  • Maintain LTI frequency below target and manage risks including environmental incidents
  • Ensure business continuity through all project stages
  • Oversee commissioning of equipment and handover to operations
  • Complete statutory inspections and certifications; ensure site readiness
  • Produce and maintain documentation packs (Asset Register, O&M manuals, warranties, commissioning and test reports)
  • Report project progress to Steering Committee and UK Management Team

Key requirements

  • Formal Project Management qualification (PRINCE2 Practitioner, APM PMQ, PMP or equivalent)
  • NEBOSH General Certificate (or equivalent H&S experience)
  • Experience managing industrial contractors
