£32,500 – £50,000 + Uncapped commission with no threshold
We’re growing Broadgate’s Commercial team and looking for an experienced 360 recruiter with a track record of recruiting Sales, Business Development, Distribution, Client Relationship or other commercial talent within Financial Services.
This isn’t a cold start.
You’ll join an established team with existing client relationships and candidate networks across London and the UK, with scope to develop opportunities across Europe. You’ll have the autonomy to grow your market while benefiting from the infrastructure, brand and relationships already in place.
What we’re looking for:
- Proven 360 recruitment experience within Financial Services
- Experience recruiting commercial, sales, distribution, BD or related roles
- Strong business development and relationship-building skills
- Confidence managing the full recruitment lifecycle from client development through to candidate close
- Someone who wants ownership of their market and the opportunity to grow it
