Strategic People & Development Lead

St Leonards School in Scotland is seeking a Head of People & Development to lead the school’s people strategy and create a positive workplace culture. The role collaborates with Executive, Academic and Professional Services teams to deliver a progressive people and organisational development agenda.

You will bring extensive HR expertise, ideally from an academic setting, and strong analytical capabilities to support evidence-based decisions and effective change across the school.
