Overview
As Program Manager for TFSG, you drive technology capacity-building for nonprofits across EMEA, aligning with JPMorgan Chase’s social impact goals. You work cross-functionally with HR, Corporate Responsibility, Communications, and Legal to deliver impactful tech education and enable volunteers. You’ll manage end-to-end programs, measure outcomes, and develop storytelling materials to showcase impact. This role combines program leadership with a mission-driven focus to expand tech access and skills in communities.
Responsibilities
- Partner with lead program managers to deliver TFSG technology capacity-building programs for nonprofits across EMEA
- Manage end-to-end program execution including plans, timelines, budgets, resources, and stakeholder communications
- Track and report program data, outcomes, and impact to drive continuous improvement
- Develop presentations, reports, and impact stories for internal/external stakeholders in collaboration with communications/marketing
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with nonprofit partners, volunteers, and internal stakeholders for successful delivery
- Ensure adherence to risk, controls, governance, and data management requirements; escalate issues as needed
- Continuously learn and adapt to emerging technologies and tools relevant to program delivery
- Travel within EMEA to support stakeholder engagement and in-person events
Key requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication, including presentation and facilitation
- Strong organizational and project management skills in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail, sound judgment, and a results-oriented approach with risk management
- Relationship management and collaboration across diverse stakeholder groups
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills with data analysis and insights communication
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and within a collaborative team
- 2+ years of experience supporting project/program management in a large, matrixed organization
