Business Operations Manager

Overview

In this role, you will partner with Product and Engineering to optimize GPTO product development and reporting, shaping how we plan and prioritize work. You lead quarterly intake, prioritization, and roadmap planning with GPTO and GTM stakeholders, and elevate roadmap reporting through automated systems. You’ll plan and manage operational projects, mitigate risks, and drive cross-functional change across product, engineering, marketing, services, and go-to-market teams. You will leverage data to drive improvements, build dashboards, and advance AI-enabled tooling adoption. This is a fast-paced, cross-functional role that influences strategy and execution at scale.

Responsibilities

• Improve Product Development processes, tooling/AI and reporting practices
• Lead quarterly product intake, prioritization and roadmap planning with GPTO and GTM stakeholders
• Enhance roadmap reporting and automate reporting from system of record (e.g., JIRA Align)
• Plan, execute, and oversee operational projects with timelines, budgets, and deliverables
• Develop risk mitigation strategies for project success
• Develop and execute change management strategies for new processes, systems, and tools
• Create and deliver operationalization plans with comms, enablement, training and executive reporting
• Lead process improvement workshops and map end-to-end workflows
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement improvements and ensure adoption
• Build and maintain documentation using PowerPoint, Confluence and Excel; explore AI-powered productivity boosts

Key requirements

• Extensive experience in Product Management, Product Ops or Business Operations within a Product or Technology organization
• Proficiency in project management tools and change management frameworks
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate ambiguity and manage competing priorities
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a track record of influencing stakeholders and leading cross-functional teams
• Strong attention to detail and a results-driven mindset
• Knowledge of project and change management methodologies (PMP, Agile, PROSCI preferred)
