Night Shift Cell Leader – Food Production & Safety

Kinnerton Confectionery in Fakenham is seeking a Cell Leader (Operations Supervisor) to coordinate shifts, drive team performance, and uphold safety and quality across multiple production lines in a fast-moving confectionery facility.

You’ll lead a team of 70-80 operators, deliver training plans, monitor KPIs, and deputise for the Shift Manager when required, with a 4 on 4 off night pattern and a £38,000 salary. This is a permanent, full-time role.
