You know how to run a contract desk. You don’t need someone watching your call numbers or telling you how to recruit.
What you need is a business that gives you the market, tools and freedom to actually make money from it.
We’re looking for experienced contract recruiters to join Highfield and build within some of the UK’s biggest critical infrastructure markets, including Water, Nuclear and Highways.
