You will join a well-regarded Cardiff law firm to support lenders and borrowers in banking and finance matters. In a collaborative team, you’ll work across acquisition, leveraged, and property finance to move transactions from approval to completion. Responsibilities
- Advise lenders and borrowers on banking and finance matters
- Draft loan agreements and security documentation; manage conditions precedent
- Support transactions from initial approval through completion and post-completion
- Assist with client relationship management and business development initiatives
Key requirements
- Newly qualified solicitor up to 3 years’ PQE
- Strong commercial awareness
- Interest in finance law
