Senior BNG Consultant – Lead QA & Strategy (4-Day Week)

Mattinson Partnership is seeking a Senior Biodiversity Net Gain (BNG) Consultant to lead and shape BNG services in a forward-thinking ecology consultancy. The role focuses on QA of biodiversity assessments, feasibility studies, HMMPs and Biodiversity Gain Plans, and guiding project delivery with a strategic lens.

You will mentor colleagues, train others, engage clients and planning authorities, and stay up to date with guidance and case law to evolve the firm’s BNG strategy.
