Keyholder — Brand Experience & Customer Growth

HOKA, part of Deckers Brands, is seeking a Full-Time Keyholder to deliver outstanding customer experiences in our store in the UK. You will stay informed about current products, promotions and marketing initiatives to engage customers and help meet business goals.

You will lead by example, assist with opening/closing, help customers in-store and over the phone, promote the brand, uphold the dress code, and contribute to a positive team environment.
