Overview

In this role, you help Life Sciences clients navigate pricing, reimbursement and market access to unlock patient access and long-term value. You’ll work in a collaborative EY-Parthenon team on strategic topics from value propositions to pricing strategy and evidence planning. You contribute to analyses, synthesize findings into client-ready stories, and support engagements from design to delivery. The role offers exposure to cross-border teams and a chance to shape access strategies for innovative medicines.

Responsibilities

  • Own analyses and project modules from question framing to outputs
  • Conduct structured secondary research on disease areas, treatment pathways, competitors, health systems and payer requirements
  • Support and conduct primary research with payers, clinicians, patients and other stakeholders
  • Build qualitative and quantitative analyses (analogue benchmarking, pricing research, access archetypes, evidence-gap assessments, opportunity sizing)
  • Synthesize evidence into insights, implications and client-ready stories, presentations and models
  • Contribute to client meetings, interviews and workshops and present analyses clearly
  • Collaborate across multidisciplinary and international teams and contribute to practice development and business development

Key requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Life Sciences, Health Economics, Health Policy, Economics, Business or related field
  • Minimum 2 years’ relevant strategy or market access consulting experience or in pharma/biotech/medtech
  • Experience in pricing, reimbursement, market access, value proposition, payer research, HTA or evidence strategy
  • Strong qualitative and quantitative analytical skills; proficient with Excel and PowerPoint
  • Clear communication and client engagement ability
