Property Finance Analyst

Overview

In this role you will support property finance lending across bridging, development, and real estate finance. You will work closely with experienced professionals to assess, execute, and monitor loan transactions while gaining exposure to decision-making and credit processes. The position offers clear progression as you handle larger, more complex deals and broader portfolio management duties. Pay / Benefits

• Salary 55,000-60,000 per annum
• Hybrid working: four days in London office, one day remote
• Exposure to bridging, development, and wider real estate finance transactions

Responsibilities

• Analyse and assess new lending opportunities; build financial models, conduct transaction analysis, prepare Heads of Terms and credit papers for committee approval
• Support loan execution by coordinating with valuers, lawyers, and other advisers throughout the transaction process
• Monitor and manage an active loan portfolio; review project performance, valuations, drawdowns, and borrower activity
• Assess loan extensions, restructures, and amendments; produce recommendations and present proposals to credit committee

Key requirements

• Experience within property finance, bridging finance, development finance, commercial lending, or credit analysis
• Experience analysing lending transactions and preparing credit submissions or underwriting recommendations
• Understanding of real estate lending fundamentals, financial analysis, and transaction structuring
