Group Finance Analyst

Overview

In this role you will support the Group’s reporting process by preparing the Group quarterly reporting pack and the Group Annual Report and Accounts under EU IFRS and UK Listing rules. You will consolidate, analyse and communicate financial information for internal and external audiences while providing technical accounting guidance. ACA qualification is required, with opportunity to engage senior stakeholders in a meritocratic environment that supports clear career progression. You will help shape the group’s financial narrative and compliance processes in a high-profile, FTSE-listed business.

Responsibilities

• Prepare the Group quarterly reporting pack
• Prepare the Group Annual Report and Accounts
• Consolidate, analyse and communicate financial information for internal and external audiences
• Provide technical accounting advice on a range of issues
• Engage with senior stakeholders to support decision-making and compliance

Key requirements

• ACA qualified (or equivalent)
• strong understanding of group consolidation principles
• experience in group reporting or equivalent in practice or industry
• good knowledge of EU IFRS and UK Listing rules
