Responsibilities
- Advising on disciplinary, grievance, redundancy, TUPE and discrimination issues
- Handling Employment Tribunal litigation and High Court claims
- Supporting employment aspects of corporate transactions and reorganisations
- Working with major employer clients across sectors (finance, tech, government)
- Collaborating with colleagues across practice groups and jurisdictions
- Contributing to client training, thought leadership, and business development
Key requirements
- 3+ years PQE in employment law
- Strong technical knowledge and litigation experience
- Excellent drafting and advisory skills
- Commercial mindset and client-focused approach
- Ability to work collaboratively in a large, high-performing team
