Overview
In this role you will advise on a wide range of real estate finance transactions within a fast-paced, client-focused firm. You will collaborate with the Real Estate Finance team to support lenders and borrowers on property-related financing, development, and refinancing matters. You will maintain specialist knowledge, contribute to business development, and help drive cross-team initiatives. This position offers exposure to diverse lenders and a pathway to build significant transactional experience in a reputable Cardiff office.

Responsibilities
- Advise on real estate finance transactions across property sales, acquisitions, and development finance
- Handle refinancing and asset management matters
- Engage with mainstream banks, bridging lenders, challenger banks, and private borrowers
- Maintain and develop specialist knowledge in real estate finance
- Collaborate across the wider Real Estate Finance team
- Participate in business development and referral opportunities
Key requirements
- 2-4 years PQE
- Exposure to real estate finance (directly or via commercial property)
- Strong technical and drafting skills
- Ability to manage client relationships and work collaboratively
