Staff Product Manager – AI FDE

Overview

In this role you lead AI solutions within Snowflake, shaping products that bring generative AI and ML capabilities to enterprise customers. You own the end-to-end lifecycle, from discovery to launch and measurement, working with engineers, data scientists, and GTM teams. You translate customer needs into scalable, repeatable features while evangelizing your vision. You join a fast-moving, high-trust team building impactful AI-enabled data cloud products.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the product vision and roadmap for large-scale AI solutions
• Lead a cross-functional pod of engineers, data scientists, and solution architects; partner with design, marketing, and sales
• Act as the voice of the customer; gather insights from users and executives to validate hypotheses
• Commercialize innovation by turning bespoke solutions into scalable, platform features
• Shape business strategy with Snowflake and customer leadership to meet high-stakes goals

Key requirements

• 8+ years of product management in enterprise software or cloud services
• Deep technical fluency for architectural discussions with senior engineers; hands-on data science workflows and AI paradigms
• Proven ability to translate strategy into actionable roadmaps
• Strong customer empathy and experience with enterprise customers
• Exceptional executive presence and communication skills; ability to inspire C-level stakeholders
