Responsibilities

• Lead electrical services design on multiple projects from inception to completion
• Collaborate within multi-disciplinary teams to deliver integrated building systems
• Contribute to the project lifecycle, including feasibility studies and delivery
• Operate within a BIM environment and embrace digital design approaches
• Manage small teams to ensure timely, quality delivery
• Mentor and develop younger engineers and technicians
• Engage with clients and external stakeholders to build relationships and identify commercial opportunities

Key requirements

• Chartered Engineer status via IET or CIBSE
• Degree qualified in Electrical Services Engineering (ideally Masters)
• Excellent design and technical skills
• Experience with lead design on Electrical Services projects
• Strong planning, organizational, and communication skills
• Commercial awareness and ability to build relationships with external team members
• Commitment to professional development and challenging work
• Enthusiasm for design, architecture, and sustainable building design
• Proficiency in design analysis software
• Experience in or interest in training and developing others
• Experience working in a BIM environment; Revit experience is beneficial
