Residential Property Solicitor – Cardiff

Overview

In this role, you will join a central Cardiff residential property team to manage a busy caseload across sales, purchases, leases, remortgages, new build work and transfers of equity. You contribute to the growth and reputation of a well-established South Wales firm, working with cross-functional colleagues to deliver quality client service. The opportunity combines hands-on conveyancing with a supportive culture and a strong benefits package. You will report to the property team and engage with a diverse client base.

Responsibilities

• Manage a busy residential property caseload including sales and purchases
• Handle leasehold, remortgage, new build work and transfers of equity
• Provide strong client care and timely communication
• Support the growth and success of the team through professional delivery

Key requirements

• 1+ years’ PQE in residential conveyancing
• Qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive, or Licensed Conveyancer
• Ability to handle a busy caseload with minimal supervision
