Senior Cost Manager: Health, Science & Education (London)

Turner & Townsend is seeking a Senior Cost Manager to join our Health, Science & Education team in London. You will lead end-to-end cost management on high-profile health, education, and science projects, from feasibility through to handover, within our London Real Estate practice.

The role emphasizes client-facing delivery, experience with JCT/ NEC contracts, Two-Stage tendering, CostX, and managing cost reports. MRICS preferred; healthcare/education sector experience desirable; SOX may apply.
