Responsibilities
- Lead and develop the Cardiff residential property team to ensure consistent performance
- Manage a reduced caseload of complex matters
- Set, monitor, and review KPIs and targets
- Act as escalation point for complex technical and compliance issues
- Build relationships with clients, introducers, and referrers
- Oversee post-completion processes for regulatory compliance
- Identify operational improvements and implement workflow efficiencies
- Collaborate with senior management on strategic growth and financial objectives
- Attend onboarding at alternate office requiring travel
Key requirements
- Qualified Solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer with extensive residential property experience (8-10+ years)
- Proven leadership and team management experience
- Strong technical knowledge of leases, transfer of part transactions, and regulatory compliance
- Commercial awareness and networking/business development ability
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational skills balancing fee earning with leadership duties
