Overview

In this role you ensure day-to-day store operations run smoothly, often serving as the sole on-site manager. You lead a team to deliver efficient, safe customer service and maintain scheduling and pay accuracy. You drive KPIs and coach colleagues to raise performance, while handling employee relations when needed. You may support other stores within the network, acting as a flexible, hands-on leader.
