Overview
As part of the Operations Management Team, you will lead a multi-site manufacturing operation, shaping site strategy and driving safety, quality, engagement, productivity, and cost performance. You will coach and develop a large team, partner with cross-functional functions, and steer continuous improvement and capital projects. You will balance regulatory compliance with performance KPIs to deliver sustainable site results. This role offers the opportunity to influence the future direction of the site within a supportive, collaborative bakery environment. You will play a pivotal role in building a strong safety and quality culture while enabling operational capability and profitability.

Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a positive Health, Safety and Environmental culture across the site
- Drive operational performance against KPIs for people, quality, service and cost
- Build high-performing teams through coaching and leadership
- Ensure compliance with food safety, quality and regulatory standards
- Partner with Technical, Engineering, Supply Chain, H&S, Commercial and NPD to hit site objectives
- Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities to boost performance and profitability
- Support and lead capital investment projects to improve capability and efficiency
Key requirements
- Significant experience leading large manufacturing teams
- Experience in food manufacturing; bakery experience highly desirable
- Proven track record of operational improvements and sustainable gains
- Strong leadership, coaching and people development skills
