Overview
Senior Residential Conveyancer needed to lead complex property matters and help grow the Henleaze office. You will own high-value transactions while expanding the client base and cultivating relationships. The role combines independent case management with strategic input to business development and office growth. This is a senior, impact-focused opportunity within a well-regarded regional firm.

Responsibilities
- Lead on complex residential conveyancing matters
- Support the growth of the department and office
- Manage client relationships and contribute to business development
- Handle varied caseloads including sales, purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity
- Own high-value transactions with autonomy at senior level
Key requirements
- Minimum of 5 years’ PQE
- Qualified as Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, or CILEX (welcome)
- Experience at Senior Associate or Partner level or readiness for that step
- Strong track record of independent caseload management
- Excellent client-facing skills and ability to grow relationships
