Senior Residential Conveyancer – Bristol

Overview

In this role you will manage a varied residential conveyancing caseload within a well-established Bristol firm. You’ll support colleagues and step into a supervisory capacity, delivering high-quality client care and building strong relationships. The position offers autonomy in handling transactions and opportunities to mentor junior teammates in a collaborative, property-focused environment. Responsibilities

• Managing a full caseload of residential transactions
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships

Key requirements

• Qualified Solicitor, FCILEx or CLC Licensed Conveyancer
• Ideally 6+ PQE in residential conveyancing
• Strong technical knowledge of property law
• Experience managing your own caseload independently
• Ability to supervise/mentor others when needed
• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
