Plant Maintenance Engineer | 12h Shifts | Heavy Industry

Staffbase Recruitment is recruiting for a Shift Maintenance Engineer at a busy heavy industry manufacturing site near Stafford. The role involves planned and reactive maintenance across a broad range of plant and machinery, with a base salary of £43K–£49K plus overtime.

The successful candidate will have strong mechanical skills, basic electrical fault finding, and qualifications such as NVQ Level 3 or HND/HNC in electrical engineering. 4 on 3 off 12‑hour shifts, with days then nights rotation.
