You will handle cases from instruction to conclusion, maintaining client contact and delivering tailored advice. Responsibilities
- Manage your own Court of Protection caseload from instruction to conclusion
- Maintain regular client contact and provide tailored legal advice
- Prepare and progress legal documentation to case milestones
- Assist with business development and contribute to department growth
- Potential exposure to estate administration, trust administration, will drafting, and lasting powers of attorney
Key requirements
- Recent experience managing a Court of Protection caseload in a private client setting
- Strong communication and client care skills
- Excellent organisation, attention to detail, and ability to work independently and in a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; Oyez Forms beneficial but not essential
- Full UK driving licence
