Responsibilities

  • Advise on complex employment and workforce issues for major clients
  • Support strategic change programmes and reorganisations
  • Handle employment tribunal and civil litigation matters
  • Manage global mobility and cross-border employment issues
  • Oversee large-scale DSARs and internal investigations
  • Provide high-profile advisory work for FTSE 100/250 firms, public sector bodies, fast-growth businesses and executives
  • Take on early responsibility with direct client contact and cross-team collaboration

Key requirements

  • Strong experience in employment law (contentious and/or non-contentious)
  • Ability to manage a varied, complex workload with confidence
  • Excellent communication and collaborative skills within a large national team
  • Commercial awareness and a proactive, solutions-focused approach
  • SRA registered solicitor
  • PQE range 3 through Senior Associate (open to this range)
