You’ll shape marketing direction for Fever Original events and partner experiences, driving performance across digital channels. You collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize campaigns through data-driven insights and ensure effective promotion. Responsibilities

• Own the marketing strategy for your experiences
• Build compelling marketing strategies for exclusive experiences worldwide
• Create high-visibility performance campaigns on social channels (e.g., Facebook & Instagram)
• Collaborate with the growth marketing team to analyze performance and identify opportunities
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Media, CRM, Design, Content Copywriting) for strategic campaign directions

Key requirements

• 6-8 years of experience in Digital Marketing, Facebook ads, and other social paid platforms
• Proficient level of English; second language a plus
• Marketing background
• Willingness to work based in Madrid
• Experience with planning and executing multi-channel campaigns
