Job Description:
University Hospitals Coventry and Warwickshire NHS Trust is seeking an enthusiastic Training Lead with Histology and/or Mortuary experience to lead staff training, competency portfolios, and CPD across Histology and Mortuary services. You will coordinate training records, mentor staff, and drive adoption of the new electronic competency platform while supporting professional development across CWPS.
The role is full-time with rotational site work between University Hospital Coventry and Warwick
