Overview

In this role you drive strategic change for Telco, Media & Technology clients, shaping AI-enabled use cases, transformation programmes and digital product monetisation. You will work with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end change, leveraging data and analytics to inform recommendations and outcomes. The role offers exposure to diverse TMT clients, from platforms and content to digital infrastructure, within a collaborative, people-first culture at Baringa. You will help clients scale transformation and navigate business model evolution in a fast-evolving tech landscape.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and shape AI/automation value opportunities and practical use cases with early adoption plans
  • Design and deliver business and transformation programmes leveraging digital tools, analytics and automation
  • Support monetisation of digital products/platforms using data and insights for growth decisions
  • Improve end-to-end customer/partner/user experiences through digital and data-enabled change
  • Design future operating models aligning people, processes and technology including automation
  • Advise on business model evolution (e.g., telco to techco, content to platform, product to ecosystem)
  • Advise on M&A, integration and carve-outs to unlock value via insight, execution discipline and change delivery
  • Collaborate across adjacent TMT areas such as media, platforms, data centres, hyperscalers and digital infrastructure

Key requirements

  • Experience across parts of the Telecommunications, Media and Technology ecosystem
  • Strong consulting fundamentals with curiosity about how digital, data, automation and AI shape organisations
  • Ability to deliver end-to-end change, not just analysis
  • Comfort working with digital tools, data and AI without being a technical specialist
  • Strong data literacy and ability to translate insights into clear recommendations
  • Clear communication skills, especially for explaining digital/AI concepts to non-technical stakeholders
  • Outcome-focused with emphasis on execution and impact
  • Excellent academic achievements preferred but not strictly required
