Overview
In this role you will support senior team members across a range of commissions within a specialist construction claims consultancy. You will gain exposure to construction and engineering projects across the UK, building expertise in claims, contracts and disputes. You will contribute to analysis, documentation, and dispute-related activities, collaborating with experienced consultants to develop practical solutions. This is a structured entry path into a focused area of construction advisory with opportunities to liaise with clients and stakeholders.

Responsibilities
- Assisting with the preparation and assessment of construction claims
- Supporting analysis of contractual and project documentation
- Reviewing contracts, correspondence, programmes, payment records and other project information
- Assisting with delay, disruption and quantum-related matters
- Supporting the preparation of reports, submissions and other technical documentation
- Assisting with dispute resolution and adjudication matters
- Undertaking research into contractual and legal issues
- Working with experienced consultants to develop solutions to complex contractual and commercial problems
- Liaising with clients and project stakeholders as experience develops
Key requirements
- MSc in Construction Law, Arbitration or a related discipline
- Recently qualified Quantity Surveyor, Commercial Manager or Contract Administrator or construction professional interested in claims
- Strong analytical and written communication skills
- Good eye for detail and ability to interpret contractual information
- Genuine interest in developing a career in claims consultancy, dispute resolution or expert services
