London Market Digital Business Partner

Overview

In this role you will bridge operational reality with digital delivery to enable and embed digital change across broking operations. You will work closely with the Global Broking Centre (GBC) to translate insights into pragmatic design that supports the target operating model. You’ll influence senior stakeholders and shape delivery to improve adoption, BAU outcomes, and overall operating model strength. This is a business-facing, impact-driven role at a leading London insurer, focused on delivering practical change rather than traditional programmes.

Responsibilities

• Bridge operational needs and digital delivery across broking operations
• Embed digital change in BAU and improve adoption
• Translate business requirements into pragmatic digital design and delivery input
• Engage with senior stakeholders in a matrixed environment
• Improve clarity of business input to technology teams and reduce rework
• Strengthen the GBC Operating Model through effective delivery

Key requirements

• Strong experience in insurance operations and/or broking, ideally within the London Market
• Proven track record in business-led digital, process or operating model change
• Ability to translate business needs into clear, pragmatic digital design and delivery input
• Credibility operating with senior stakeholders in complex, matrixed environments
• Excellent communication skills and sound judgement when balancing competing priorities
