Overview

In this role you will lead KPMG’s healthcare cyber security practice, shaping and delivering engagements for NHS organisations, regulators and private providers. You will originate and drive the delivery of cyber security services, expanding the footprint across health and care, and align offerings with digital transformation and resilience initiatives. You will build strong relationships with healthcare leaders and alliance partners, ensuring high-quality delivery, commercial discipline, and risk-aware governance. You will mentor teams, grow specialist capabilities, and contribute to the healthcare cyber security strategy.

Responsibilities

  • Lead go-to-market and delivery for healthcare cyber security engagements
  • Grow footprint across health and care, integrating cyber with transformation and digital initiatives
  • Build and manage relationships with healthcare stakeholders and alliance partners
  • Originate sales opportunities and develop a robust healthcare opportunity pipeline
  • Oversee delivery of engagements with quality, pace, and commercial discipline
  • Define and recruit the cyber security skill requirements for the team
  • Coach and develop team members and contribute to thought leadership and reusable assets
  • Travel within the UK/abroad to support client delivery

Key requirements

  • Senior-level cyber security subject matter expertise in healthcare
  • Strong relationships and knowledge of NHS, health bodies, providers, and regulators
  • Proven track record in selling and delivering cyber security advisory and transformation services
  • Ability to translate technical risk into healthcare outcomes and board-level messaging
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management
