Evening Mental Health Support Worker — Crisis & Wellbeing

Mid Essex Sanctuary is hiring a Mental Health Support Worker to assist individuals in crises with compassionate, person-centred support aimed at improving wellbeing and reducing urgent service admissions.

You will work as part of an experienced team, using active listening, de-escalation and wellbeing techniques to provide one-to-one support and connect people with appropriate services.
