Overview

In this Full-time Analyst role within the Innovation Development Program at Global Banking, you will participate in a 5-month incubator and two 12-month rotations across product and business teams to build foundational product management skills. You will apply strategic thinking and data analysis to tackle complex banking challenges and support decision-making. You will develop a deep understanding of Commercial Banking products, clients, and operations, and help design innovative client experiences. This program emphasizes collaboration, inclusion, and real-world impact as you help shape next-generation digital solutions.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a 5-month incubator experience solving complex business challenges and developing foundational product management skills
• Complete two 12-month rotations across high-impact functional, business, or product teams
• Apply strategic thinking and quantitative analysis to solve business problems
• Conduct research and analyze data to support decisions and identify opportunities
• Present findings, recommendations, and insights to stakeholders at various levels
• Develop understanding of Commercial Banking products, clients, and operations
• Use an innovation mindset to design and enhance client experiences, products, and solutions
• Collaborate with colleagues across teams to deliver business-critical initiatives
